PERMAS is an application built by the Serang district government for to present information to residents of Serang district in particular and Indonesian citizens in general. This service is provided by PERMAS free of charge and is intended for use as is. The PERMAS application does not require visitors to log in and collect user data, the PERMAS application is a WebView application that takes resources from the community service website of the Serang district government which is packaged using an Android application.
